Andy Dobson
Managing Partner
Andy brings over 30 years of aviation industry experience, having held senior roles at British Airways, easyJet, and Wizz Air—where he served as Head of Gatwick and Ground Operations Director. He has also spent more than 15 years as a management consultant, leading major projects and senior teams at two large consulting firms.
Andy specialises in translating complex operational and commercial challenges into clear, actionable strategies. He continues to advise airlines, airports, and aviation service providers across Europe. Known for his collaborative style and clarity of thought, Andy helps clients drive performance, manage change, and build long-term capability.
Mark Dallimore
Partner
Mark brings over 30 years of ground handling and operational experience, gained through senior roles at Servisair and Swissport. He has led safety and operations across 11 UK airports and managed key global airline accounts, giving him a deep understanding of both frontline delivery and high-level stakeholder management.
Since 2020, Mark has delivered complex aviation projects for both government and airport clients—including operational leadership for the G7 Summit in Newquay, COP26 in Scotland, and the post-Covid recovery of major UK airports such as Manchester. He specialises in operational planning, stakeholder coordination, and delivering resilience in high-pressure environments.
